55 022 is programmed to work a Pathfinder railtour starting at Reading and running via Swindon and Gloucester as far as Birmingham and back on Monday 28th August. The train will be heading for Aberwystwyth with 40 145 taking over at Birmingham New Street. More details will be advised in due course.

55 022 should be in operation at the East Lancashire Railway Diesel Gala between the 5th and 9th July, Diesel Weekend September 1st to 3rd and the English Electric Theme Day on November the 11th.
